you two ARE awesome. I wish my boyfriend didn't mind being in front of the camera as much as he did. I'd love to make raw food vids with him it it.
I love doing trigger point exercises and have found the miracle balls here to be the best and most effective for me: http://tinyurl.com/4poc53
On a rainy, day I love popping in my favorite rebounding DVD: cardiolates.

I run from the car to the building (just kidding)
The gym is great or if it is just a quick downpour (most typical here in South Florida) I wait 5 minutes and continue outdoor activity as scheduled :)

HELLO KEVIN AND ANNMARIE,

I LEARNED A TRICK WITH THE TENNIS BALLS I'D LIKE TO SHARE. FIRST, TAKE A LONG SOCK AND TIE A KNOT IN THE MIDDLE AND PUT IN A TENNIS BALL IN THE SOCK ON EACH SIDE OF THE KNOT AND THEN PUT A KNOT ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH TENNIS BALL. YOU CAN MAKE THE MIDDLE KNOT ABOUT THE SIZE OF YOUR SPINE AND YOU CAN USE THIS TO ROLL UP AND DOWN ALONG THE SPINE AGAINST THE WALL OR ON THE FLOOR. HOLDING THE ENDS OF THE SOCKS WILL GIVE YOU CONTROL IN PLACING THE TENNIS BALLS JUST WHERE YOU WANT THEM ON YOUR BACK OR SHOULDERS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ROLL THEM. I USE IT THIS WAY WHILE I AM DRIVING. JUST PLACE THEM AND LEAVE THEM IN A POSITION UNTIL THE NEXT LIGHT THEN ADJUST FOR A NEW RELIEF POINT.

FOR THE QUESTION OF THE DAY -> I CHOSE TO MOVE TO A PLACE WHERE IT IS VERY RARE TO HAVE A RAINY DAY AND WHEN THERE IS ONE IT DOESN'T EVER LAST ALL DAY. :)
JOY
PS WHAT ARE PAW PAWS???

Yoga works every day and also Egoscue's Pain Free exercises. In addition to the ones in book (Pain Free: A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain by Peter Egoscue) at Amazon, I love his Pain Free Workout Series DVD set...Volume I - Beginners. Haven't gotten into the Advanced yet. I have also attended two of his clinics in Albuquerque for individual instruction. If you aren't familiar with these, get them, learn and share. I am 78 years old and feeling great, even on rainy days!

Other rainy day activities are weight lifting and the rowing machine on my porch which gets used almost every day year round.

I am going to buy some tennis balls! Got rid of ones I had years ago. Will share this video with a local nurse who comes periodically to give me a massage at home. A blessing! She watched and tried the shoulder exercises video. I saved it and do it almost every day.

I count you two as some of my blessings. Keep up the good work! Education never stops.

You guys are way too cute together! You always make me smile.
On rainy days, I like to practice my karate and use my Taebo videos. It's also fun to play dance revolution with the kids for a little workout.
