Wow!
Annmarie and I just finished up an amazing weekend at the Vibrant Living Expo. This seriously is the premier event in the raw food world.
Right now, we have to leave for Sacramento before it gets too late here in Ft. Bragg, so I can’t write too much about it here, but…
I will later on in the week to give you an idea of just how awesome this event is (and why you should go next year…)

Hey that was great!!! I have not been there but would LOVE to be there next year….Also looking into the Living Light Culinary Institute….Thanks for all that you do…..I will however be at the shin-dig in Arizona.. Raw Spirit Fest……hope to run into you there….I would love to know who you are going to be listening to…..there are a lot of speakers and would love to know who you are going to make sure you see??? You did say you were going to this didn’t you???

It was great to meet you and Annmarie on Saturday at the Fort Bragg Festival.
I really learned a lot of great info and hope to go again next year as well as the Raw Spirit Festival which will be in Santa Barbara next year.

Hi Kevin and Anne-Marie. This is awsome. Thank you so much for bringing us to Fort Bragg. I really really wanted to go but due circumstances and money I decided to postpone my trip to The Living Light Expo for another year. I can’t promise but I really want to make it for next year, and meet you guys. I have been to Living Light 2 times in the past as I took Cherie Soria courses in raw food chef and raw food nutrition educator certification.
I always drove from British Columbia to California which takes two days. Ouch, my bum!

It was wonderful to be able to meet the you.
It really was a great time. I only got to do Sunday and that was packed with so much information, the three days must have been incredible for every one that went. Hope to see you again.

Lots of FREE video lectures on a variety of subjects amongst them: raw vegan diet; health benefits of plant-based diets; ethical arguments for going veggie; cooking demos. I’ve spent 2 days watching these and am not halfway through!

I would definitely have to show up a few days early to take in Douglas Grahams class on nutrition. So much to learn!
