Unless one&#039;s immune system is compromised, I wondered why you recommend taking anti-microbal, anti-viral supplements.  These can interfere with the normal immune process.  

I myself am a 52 y.o male who and have a cholesterol problem (dangerously low HDL or good cholesterol) and heart disease, so here is my regime:
1. 1-2 gram Niacin
2. Plant sterols
3. 1/2 to 1 aspirin (with Tums, a calcium antacid)
4. 500 mg. Vit. E
5. 1-2 gr Magnesium
6. 1-2 gr Lysine
7. 1-2 gr B-12
8. 1-2 gr Ginko Biloba (for memory)
9. 1/4 tsp of Vit. C crystals in each cup of tea or juice
10. 3-4 gr Fish Oil
11. 1-2 gr Lechitin
12. 1, 1.5 gr. Glucosamine/Chondroitin
13. 1 gr L-Arginine
14. 500 mg. Vitamin D if I do not plan to spend 10 minutes in the sun. 

I take these in small doses throughout the day, for example, I take 250 mg. of Niacin 3-4 times a day.

I think that&#039;s everything!

		<description>i just want too let everyone know that over 80% of the vitamins and or supplements on the market are no good and the fillers are no good for you. example MSM theres only one factory that makes organic sulfur(msm) and the factory is in japan and the only one i know that sells it is karl loren he spent 2 years over there and study it and buys it direct from the factory.and he is out to tell people about there health.open a capsal into a glass of water and if none of it sinks its no good,real msm will sink to the bottom the rest is fillers.so just make sure you know where your getting your vitamins and supplements.</description>

		<description>Is there a difference between taking pills or powders?  I take pure MSM - 1tbls. a day.  I prefer raw garlic rather than garlic pills.  I just add several cloves to my green drink and all that chlorophyl seems to take care of the odor.  I recently began taking Oceans 3 - Beyond Omega-3 Cod Liver Oil with omegaXanthin, EPA, DHA, astaxanthin &amp; fucoxanthin.  I also take Synergy, bee pollen granules, hemp protien, B12, Blue Green Algae &amp; Spirulina.   Wow!  I take alot but I feel terrific!  I juice tons of greens, carrots, beets, cucumber, cabbage, celery, ginger, etc. Used to be I would lie awake in bed for 3 to 4 hours before falling asleep.  Since going on a raw food diet, I fall asleep within the first fifteen minutes of hitting the pillow; although I don&#039;t sleep with my head on a pillow!  Thanks for all your good work! 		<description>i never ever buy the same bottle in a row. we always try something new, exhaust all our options and then start all over again. i develop allergies at the drop of a hat so I really like to make sure i&#039;m always switching it up a bit. however, we do try to always take a probiotic several times a day. we&#039;ll also always have enzymes on hand for when we cheat and eat some cooked food. and i like to take some kind of herb. gaia herbs and planetary herbals are my faves. so sometimes we take joint herbs and sometimes anti-inflammatory herbs. right now we&#039;re taking an anti-oxidant blend from gaia herbs. you guys rock!</description>
