Congratulations, Kevin and Annmarie!! Wow! It’s hard to believe that 100 episodes have already been created! You two are amazing! Thanks for the fun and entertaining, but most of all informative, shows!

I thought for sure #1 would be “Positive Thinking” but the one you chose is equally as important!

Lots of love to both of you!

You guys are awesome! I love this show! Although I don’t eat raw and I eat meat, I still find your show very interesting, and exciting!

One of the top 10 lists i’d love to hear is YOUR top 10 healthiest foods you eat regularly?

    Thank you and congrats again!!

Interesting order for the top 10…but I certainly agree with your top pick…all else will fail or fall far short f the goal, if we aren’t in sync with our true hearts desire.

    Congratulations on your 100th episode!

Congratulations Kevin and Anne Marie on your 100th episode of the Renegade show! I totally enjoy it, and am very thankful for your support, energy and enthusiasm…not to mention education and entertainment.
I think your top ten healthy habits were awesome! However, I would add fulfilling, stisfying relationship…with your partner, family, grandchildren or friends somewhere in there.
    Keep them rolling!

GREAT show, Kevin! I’m not totally sure of the order, and I’d probably replace supplements with stretching, but all in all these really are the best things anyone can do, not just for physical health but for mental and spiritual health as well. I love that you included being clutter-free — that’s so important!

Great selection of the top 10’s! I agree with following one’s passion, but would also see the importance of maintaining a grateful attitude in the process rather than an overly “driven” mindset.

I would love to see the top ten raw recipes in different areas–desserts, salads, main courses, etc. I have not been watching your shows long enough to have a collection of this sort built up.

You guys are so great – I love your show and I could definately see it as a TV show!
I appreciated your top 10, good food for thought – thank you.
I am 53 and trying to lose about 40 pounds. I am finding it so difficult! My metabolism is very sluggish and even when I master cleanse or juice fast for over 10 days don’t lose much weight.
So how about the top 10 most important things for someone trying to lose weight?

  15. Kathy
    9:40 pm on July 21st, 2008

Congratulations Kevin and AnnMarie! I applaud your spirit which shines through so brightly with each episode.

I agree with your top 10 and know that your #1 Healthiest Thing we can do is most important but I struggle with knowing how to focus my many interests into a path of true passion. I often feel that I am a butterfly flitting from flower to flower aimlessly with seemingly no direction but all the while helping those in my path. I am reluctant to tie myself to one idea but this reluctance tends to hinder my ability to follow a focused path. Like the viewer above I would also appreciate any guidance in this area.

Best wishes for another 100 or more episodes,
    Kathy from PA

We’re so glad to have Kevin and Annmarie in our lives – you’ve both been good influences for us in different ways. I decided a number of years ago that one of my “top ten” was to decide to be happy. No matter where you are or what you’re going through, it’s usually possible to either dwell on the negativity or try to find the happiness in your life. I “decided to be happy” and my life took a generally positive turn. It won’t make someone’s problems disappear but it makes it easier to deal with them. How about a future list of the Top Ten Most Perfect Exercises of All Time?! Congratulations on reaching 100, thanks for your helpful information and best wishes to you both to achieve every wish your hearts make.

    Hi Kevin,
    Congratulations on hitting show 100!

I have to say thank you for recipe for the Kale salad. I made it tonight for dinner and my 6 year old loved it! Kids don’t normally like greens in salad but if you have them every night, they try them and eventually get a taste for them. My 6yo daughter has the best attitude towards food – she said that she will try anything once, no matter what it looks like. So thanks again for the kale salad!

As for your top 10 list, I think that I would have to disagree with the one about living in a clean environment. It is important to live in an environment free from pollution and harmful chemicals. But to live in a tidy house I have to disagree. I am a clean person but not everyone in my household is. Sometimes you just gotta let things slide. There are more important things to worry about then clothes/toys on the floor. Also most commercial cleaners are very hazardous. Even cleaning with vinigar makes me wonder. If vinigar can remove the lime and scale in my toilet, I am sure it does not do my lungs any good when I inhale it when I spray it in my shower.

Maybe another top 10 list would be how to make your home a greener home!

    Thanks for an awesome show.

I thought I’d found my passion, but I’ve become not only with what I’m doing now but any other possible field to switch over to. I think it would be great if “business skills” were a standard class for children. There are so many of us who could potentially benefit from it, and even putting that idea in kids’ heads early on will encourage them to perhaps consider creating a business of what they enjoy most.

i have tried what seems like every suggestion
with no luck. i go to sleep fast but only sleep until 3-4 am and that’s it..
thanks for the time and energy you both put into our day and health… job and passion well done:)

Great show and interesting list, never think about the breathing much but it is key!! I liked the part on passion, it is so true and if you aren’t happy in something it does tend to stress out the body = not so healthy.

top 10 best way to keep organized so you can do all the 10 ten healthiest things. I am always baffled with how many things we have to do on a daily basis. Eat, Shower, Work, Clean the house, Do the laundry, Yard Work, Renovations on the House, Yoga/Walk, Mediation, Dogs, reading, gardening, Hobbies, Family, Friends, showers/weddings….everything just sucks up time and seems when I am working every weekend making my yard a sanctuary than I walk inside the house and poof floors need to be washed again and the more and more things just come up. I just want to catch up so that one day I could say …hummmm…I think I am going to lay in the hammock all day today. So what is the answer on how to do it all or at least not sink. One thing to do is easy taking on everything is way more challenging :)
    Congrats on #100

Thanks for the list! And congrats on the 100th episode! You guys are doing a great job, and your videos are far from boring.

How about the top 10 things to do/keep in mind when trying to maintain a healthy diet (or lifestyle or something else) ON A BUDGET?
I’m a young person with a pretty low income. I know others like myself, such as college students, who think the raw food diet is the way to go, but find it so hard since supplements, superfoods, equipment and even just organic products are uber-expensive.

Or how about your top 10 favorite all-raw recipes of all time?

REALLY GREAT SHOW KEVIN AND ANNMARIE!!!!! WOOO!!!! HOOO!!!!!
    I love you people!
I love watching your show and I love Mango my great raw food friend I met at last years raw food fest in Sedona AZ for sending me the e-mail. He in effect created the addiction….so to speak.

I loved your top ten just the way it is. All the comments really reinforced it. There are so many top tens that have been suggested and so many that I have…….
I really like the one about more cost containment. However, I enjoyed your show and list of how you could save money on stuff. I think that was from one of your shows.

Nevertheless, I hear that very thing from the young college students who hang our with my daughter, who are very keenly interested in the raw food lifestyle. Organic co-op food drop off and stuff….maybe something to start on each college campus along with an organic co-op with exchange food for work when students help packaging up weekly goodies with discounts provided by certain companies for gently used equipment they have traded in by customers who want to trade up.

The top tens I would love to see are:

The top ten raw food healing centers in the great US of A.

The top ten raw food healing centers in the World?

The top ten recipes for super food smoothies.

The top ten environmentally safe cleaners and disinfectants to use for (top ten for each number):
    1. Cleaning our selves.
    2. Cleaning our clothes
    3. Cleaning our dishes and food
    4. Cleaning our house
    5. Cleaning our yard
    6. Cleaning our pets

The top ten ways you can make your home more green.

    The top ten green websites.

The top ten super food green juices that tastes really fantastic.

Top ten ways for a vegan raw foodie to prevent anemia or ensure an ample supply of healthy oxygen carrying red corpuscles for the body!

Top ten raw ice cream recipes.

    Top ten raw chocolate recipes.

Top 10 of the most fun raw foodie retreats.

I think that’s it…..I have another idea about water….I can’t wait to see your water show….I want to purchase this water egg from the aussies and it would be totally cool if they could make individual eggs with the handle built inward on the egg. Would building the egg so that it has a gripping handling built into the egg hinder the flow and effect the manner in which the egg works. If not too much, it seems these would be fantastic individual water containers for use. What do you think?

Thanks for all that you do it is much appreciated!

    Passion…
For years it never occurred to me to identify my passion(s) until a good friend of mine asked me what is my passion in life? I thought and thought and it came to me… my 13 year old daughter. My friend told me that this does not count as one’s passion because it puts too much pressure on my daughter to fulfill my need/ passion. I do not necessarily agree with her thoughts, however it does leave me a bit confused about how one chooses a passion. Any thoughts?
Congrats on 100 episodes!!!! I’m looking forward to at least a hundred more!

There are so many other things we could throw in the top 10, but I think you pretty much covered everything you could possibly cover in 10 minutes :)

    Hi guys,
I am absolutely amazed at your energy and generosity. Great list. I would add, laugh often, and spend time in nature.

    Happy 100!!!
    WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!

I think you forgot proper sleep as a top ten healthy habit.

    Hey Kevin!

Great top ten! One I would definitely add is being in loving relationships. Feeling that someone is there for you no matter what, makes the world of difference.

If you did eat 100 cacao beans you’d probably have a heart attack! That’d be like having 100 espressos wouldn’t it?

On a completely different note, I always see the odd comment suggesting that your theme music is not suitable. Naturally, you can’t please everyone but I just want to say that I love it!

Hi guys! I LOVE LOVE LOVE your show. Thank you so much for taking the time out of YOUR busy day to give this wonderful gift to us! I would also love to see what you think the top 10 supplements are on a raw diet. I think you missed sleep in your top 10 list as well. I read if you don’t get enough sleep, nothing else in your body will work properly. What do you think?

Wow I just starting visiting you site and I love you guys. The only reason I found you was because I just got a Vita-Mix and I’ve been drinking green smoothies everyday and trying to learn more. And thank you I’m learning so many great things from your site more then any other. Keep up the good work!
