I don’t know if anyone will get the mid ’90’s Saturday Night Live reference in the title…
Anyway if you do, awesome! (That’s Kevin Nealon on the left)
If you’ve never seen this guy before, don’t worry about it! That’s not what this post is all about anyway.
I want to pack everything in here and still make it short, so here goes. (I also want to get out for a run before it rains!)
First up… I’ve been talking to some colleagues and friends about the Inner Circle and they’ve given me a bunch of ideas to run with to make the service as cool as humanly possible for you.
At first the Inner Circle was just the 2 interviews a month. That was cool. But not cool enough for my standards.
Now I’ve expanded it to not only the interviews, but a full-on monthly special report on a pressing issue in the health and wellness arena AND each month, I’ll be giving 2 members (chosen randomly) a complete nutrition and fitness makeover.
So each month you’ll be able to access the report as well as see the makeovers that I’ve done for the two lucky members (yes, we’ll keep your name private if you like!) to help you reach your goals as well.
You’ll also be able to access ALL the previous expert interview calls once you sign up.
I’ve also expanded the explanation of what the Inner Circle is, so please go ahead and take a look even if you have already…

Plus there’s also a 30 day free trial, so there’s really no risk on your part!
Second… I have a bunch of interviews that I did before I started the Renegade Health Inner Circle and they have been backed up in the system here and now I’m finally getting them ready for the site. What I’m going to do is post them on a page and they’ll be available for 1 week for free for you to listen to. After that week, you’ll have to be a part of the Inner Circle to listen and download them. But I think a week is a decent amount of time for you to sneak on in and take a listen!
Stay tuned for this page address!
Third… if you want you can check out pictures of Annmarie and I from last weekend as well as way before that on Flickr. Here’s where you can go to check ‘em out! Click here!
I think that’s it!
Next week is “Water Week!” so stay tuned for some great tips to improve your drinking water.
Remember if you have any questions, please feel free to ask them here on the blog and we’ll put them into the queue for a future rhTV show!
Live Awesome!

Hi Kevin – - GREAT pixs of your foraging adventure. I wonder why people put pennies on the grave marker – - I’ve never heard of that custom. ANyway – thanks for sharing!! Dede

How do you know which plants are ok to eat? Did you take a class/book?

Danieal, it’s always best to take a class… the images in books usually don’t cut it. I’d check around and see what is local to you. Try searching “foraging” plus your local area (e.g. “Seattle” or where ever you’re coming from!)
Dede, I have no idea about the grave thing as well.
JK, I have to admit, it’s really strange to see a picture of Kevin Nealon on my blog.

Dede: The ancient Romans used to put coins in the mouths of their deceased so that the soul would be able to pay Charon, the ferry boat man, to cross the River Styx into Hades (the underworld/afterlife). I wonder if it stemmed from that.
