		<description>You betcha baby!  How did you know I&#039;ve been searching for more balance exercises?  Thank you so very much.  Being on the &quot;other&quot; side of 50 I refuse to go down without a workout! 

Standing on one foot seems to be the one I could incorporate into daily living.  My toothbrush has a 2 minute timer with 30 second intervals so I could practice while standing there!</description>
