As a fitness pro for a while now I know one thing for sure…
People want to tone up their abs and midsection. Simple as that.
As most of you know by now… you can’t spot reduce or just do crunches and transform your abs without changing your diet.
But, you can tone up your abs with this quick abs workout, so when you finally are able to see your abs (if you’re not already) you’ll be pleasantly surprised with what you see…
Maybe a 2 pack, maybe a 4 pack, or even better yet… the almighty 6 pack abs!
Take a look… (At the end I reveal some of my unbelievable dancing skills, so you don’t want to miss this one!)
Your question of the day: Are you going to Raw Spirit Fest?
Click here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and post your answer… yes, no or maybe!
If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, please do so now… I’m pretty sure they’re raising the prices as it gets closer, I know they did last year! Click here to get your tickets or just find out what “Raw Spirit Fest” is!
If you want an exercise ball, you can get a high quality one through Perform Better by clicking here! This one is more high quality… probably the type you’d find at a gym… if you want something cheaper… just go to Sports Authority or something similar!
Have a great weekend!

I went to the festival last year for all 3 days. It was a little difficult with the parking/shuttle system they had last year…maybe they have figured something else out for this year because it took hrs to actually get from my hotel into the festival area. I am thinking about going for maybe 1 day instead of all 3 this time.
Loved the ab work out! Thanks so much.

Would love to make it down to Arizona one day but I don’t have a passport. Guess I should get that process started! Loved the ball routine, although for that last side (oblique) one I keep rolling off the ball. My cat was laughing at me

Hi Kevin and Ann Marie
YES! I will be going to the Raw Spirit Festival. Can’t wait!
Would love to come to a pre-fest party and meet you both.
Also do you have any experts on raw vegan food for dogs? I would love to have a show on that. Most “experts” on dogs go for raw meat! Imagine a vegan preparing raw meat for there dogs! No way. Both my dogs are raw vegan and would love to hear any info on this.

When I started eating raw 4 months ago, I found out about the festival and then when I saw who would be speaking after all the reading and research, I was psyched to try and make it. My only obstacle is money for airfare!I have a 7 yr. old who will be starting school Sept. 3rd so I can’t really carpool with other people which might have been cheaper though more time.
I am looking for a part-time job or some way to come up with enough money by mid August. I wonder if there will be tickets left that late?

I will not be able to attend any such festival.
My question of the day is this: How does someone who cannot afford the ball properly exercise this area?
Before I was a single mom I could afford the gym and had taken a liking to these exercise balls and the various exercises you can do with them. I am, however, an overworked and way underpaid single mom struggling to keep shoes on these kids’ feet. So, how do I keep the middle fit now?
p.s. I love the show and the energy! I do get to do the floor exercises =)
