		<description>My thoughts on HIIT training and long duration cardio are simple... do what works :-)

HIIT training is great for quick workouts and metabolism boosting.  

Long duration is great for your heart and detoxification (remember your lymph doesn&#039;t have a pump)

Long duration, if done too much for too long periods of time can cause excessive oxidation and acidity in the body.

HIIT training if done too much can also do the same.

If you&#039;re already stressed, I recommend long duration with less HIIT.  If you&#039;re cool, calm and collected, you can benefit more from HIIT.

I&#039;ll do a show on this one... great question!
