A Cool Tool to Spice Up Your Home Workouts – The Renegade Health Show Episode #39

Let’s face it…

Sometimes I get bored with my workouts. You can only do so many rows or pushups or crunches.

I like the mix it up with a few different pieces of equipment to keep me interested and excited to do some strength training.

The pull up bar is an old standby, but this tool–called the “Jungle Gym”–is my new favorite!

Your question on the day? What is your favorite workout tool?

Live Awesome!

BTW: Since I’m sure you’re going to ask, here’s where we got ours… click here to get a jungle gym from PerformBetter.com!

Did you know that a pop up offering a free gift came up with today’s video and I had to delete the whole site to make it go away.

    Hi Kevin,
Great video!! I will have to get a Jungle Gym to use with my clients.
My favorite workout tool to use is a resistance band,in addition to doing bicep and shoulder exercises,I put it around a tree or pole and do back and chest exercises-both in my own workout and my personal training clients workouts.
    Keep the awesome videos coming!!

Great! I’m forwarding this one to our friends who’s child gets bored with his evening pushups. Funny, these friends are the ones who turned us on to Napolean Dynamite. Vote For Pedro!!

    Hi Kevin,

    I LOVE your videos!
    Please keep them up!
I was just watching the video you filmed in your garage.
It looks like there might be some mold on that back wall.
If it is – please take care of it. We need our fitness guru!

    Hi Kevin,
I love my medicine ball. I use it in almost everyday. Its great because I keep it in my car so I can workout at work on lunch break or at home or where ever I am.

My second favorite workout tool is my jump rope. I keep it in my bag so I can have instant cardio. It’s great for when work gets busy and I only have 10-20 minutes for exercising.

Great tips on the workout shows! Keep them coming.

    Hi Kevin,

My very favorite “workout tool” is Annmarie!! I like using my free weights, medicine ball, bands and jungle gym (variety is the spice of life) but I’m very able to guiltlessly walk past them. Annmarie is my workout force to be reckoned with and provides the regular encouragement and impetus we need to take advantage of our inanimate workout tools!
