One thing that I know about most people is that they really don’t like the diet that they’re on or the exercise program that is supposed to be good for their fat loss or their health.
This really pulls at my heart strings…
The reason why is that I’ve been there before.
In fact, I was just speaking to a friend who asked me why I didn’t lift weights anymore with any sort of regularity.
The reason why is because I don’t love lifting weights. I fell in love with another type of exercise…
Something that motivates me ALL the time. Wouldn’t that be nice?
Go ahead and see for yourself in this video essay…
Your question of the day: What do you love (diet or exercise) that you couldn’t do without?
Live Awesome!
Kevin

What an amazing hike ! The world is a beautiful place. Glad to be seeing it through your eyes.Enjoy !!!!! I too love to hike and be out enjoying this beautiful earth.Traveling to hike is golden. I also love this (new to me) game called pickle ball. It manages to get me to the local YMCA three days a week, not an easy feat. You are so right,I found a passion there and now I gladly walk through the door with no more excuses!

Kevin that’s one of the main reasons why people don’t succeed in losing weight or getting fit… because they don’t enjoy doing it. All too often diets and exercise are seen as a form of punishment — rather than something positive exciting and fun. I don’t like the word diet very much… so many negative connotations!

WOW!
“Inspiration”?
How about the _UNDENIABLE WITHIN 72 OF COMMENCING_ benefits from dropping PROCESSED GRAINS & REFINED SUGARS from your diet?
Feeling a plateau there? DROP DAIRY! __WA-HOO!__
Ready for the next step? DROP ANIMAL PRODUCTS OF ANY SORT, INCLUDING _HONEY_!
Feeling BOMBASTIC, but ready for BETTER? Begin cooking your fruits & veggies less & less!
Realizing the POSITIVES are UNDENIABLE? GO ORGANIC RAW VEGAN!
OH! And hydrate-hydrate-hydrate all along the way!
I could go on & on, but mid-terms are tomorrow… I have EIGHT MINUTES to prepare and still HONESTLY be able to stay I studied BEFORE the day of the exam! “-)

I love mangoes! But unfortunately, they’re expensive. I love music and photography and making my raw vegan food. Weird thing is I studied music in uni but now am kind of wishing I studied something more practical now that I have loads of student loans and no regular job yet aside from bartending…so I think it’s also important to remember the practical side of things as well.
What’s in store for me now? I went and took a look at my bookshelf. Most of the books on there are either about aromatherapy or nutrition. I’m thinking perhaps one of those would be a good field to explore next.

Hi Kevin, do you do this for a living or do you have something during the day. The reason i am asking is I am wondering how to help people like you are on the net and still have income. I have lost 102 pounds and have adopted a95% raw diet consistently. Occasionally i will have brown rice. I love to speak and hosted a seminar last year where I did not make back my initial investment. Would you kindly respond or may be send me an email where we can communicate. I am looking for all the advice I can get.

Monique – see Angela Stokes’ website. Her story is similar to yours; maybe you could see the kind of thing she does and be able to adopt a few of her ideas.

Hi Kevin,
I really like your 10 min workouts! They are great! Do you have something to correct stooping shoulders?
Best regards,
Pd
