Here’s a fun 5 exercise circuit (10-15 min) that you can do at home to help tone up and get rid of the flab under your arms.
Did you know that the skin that hangs down under your arm is actually called (in slang terms) the “Reverse Bicep”?
Funny… Some people have a lot of time on their hands to think up things like that…

That bear walk is awesome! When my sister was a toddler, she used to run, full-bore, through the house on her hands and feet like that. It made the most amazing noise. She said she was being a horse and she sure sounded like one.
Bear walk races would be fun! I think I’ll see who I can get to bear race with me this week.

Kevin, you are so awesome! Thanks for these excercises. The best part is, they are free and you can do them anywhere. Many thanks for the show on protein. I never knew we could have raw rice until I saw you soak the wild rice. Awesome. Thanks again for all you do.

Hi Kevin,
What do you know about kombucha? I love the taste and the “kick”, but I see that it is a “symbiosis of Acetobacter (acetic acid bacteria) and yeast, mostly Brettanomyces bruxellensis, Candida stellata, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, Torulaspora delbrueckii and Zygosaccharomyces bailii.” (Wikipedia) This makes me wonder if kobucha should be avoided by people who have a tendancy towards candida? Thanks for all you do. You are an inspiration!

How did you know I had reversed biceps that needed attention!! My mom just tries to tell me that it’s inherited and to live with it!!! Not me…
