The Week In Review:
It is nice to be back from California and spend some time with Annmarie again.
I like traveling, but would much rather travel with her than alone. Hotel rooms are pretty lame when you don’t watch TV.
After being in 60+ degree weather, I’m really starting to despise the cold weather. This is probably our last winter in the Northeast.
Anyway, I meet a bunch of great people out west… some of them are… drum roll please…
(In no particular order! I have some pictures, but have no idea how to take them off of my phone…)
Adam Collins of www.SuperfoodSnacks.com. He’s coming out with some superfood smoothie mixes that I sampled. Awesome.
Ruth Shamai from www.RuthsHempfoods.com. She’s a sweetheart and she has a new chia cereal that I really like.
Robert Cheeke, who gave me a vegan bodybuilding DVD. I havent’ watched it yet, but he’s got some guns… so I imagine it works. www.VeganBodyBuilding.org

I ran into Dr. Weil on the floor and he seemed skitish. But he actually was thinner than I thought! I took a picture with him, but it mysteriously disappeared from my phone… same happened with Patrica Bragg! Weird.
Of course, Mike Adams and Jonny Bowden. Jonny and I had a great lunch and Mike, his wife, and I had an amazing dinner @ Au Lac. (The curried rice was insanely good.)
Mike and I are working on a project now that we’re both really excited about and should be launching in April or so… we’ll keep ya’ll posted.

Thoughts on progress…
I’ve been “rearranging” the way the online business is going…
Once I started the “Renegade Health Show” I basically decided to max it out for you guys. That means, commit to providing the information that counts with a “rain, sleet or snow” mentality. “Whatever it takes” is a powerful mantra.
I am working on a few projects: a clean, pure water interview series, a raw smoothie book and the gig with Mike, but mainly I’m working to provide information and much of it free.
I took a look at my goals a few weeks ago and realized that they were good for the short term, but not in alignment with what I wanted long term.
What I want long term is to provide health information on a major scale. I’ve always wanted to have a TV show and frankly… the Renegade Health Show is the first step.
But different.
You see, I don’t like rejection.
I get plenty of it, but still don’t like it.
So instead of putting together a pilot and sending out queries, I decided to take the initiative and put in the work to get noticed. It’s much easier when people contact you.
So my commitment to you is doing the show and answering your questions. Simple.
