This episode is not only a quick workout that you can do in your hotel… it’s also one of those learning experiences that are bound to happen as we explore all different aspects of health (and human nature
) through the Renegade Health Show.
I told you this would be fun. That’s what it’s all about. A combination of fun and education.
When I set out to record this leg exercises circuit at 6:30 AM CA time, I didn’t realize that there might be other people sleeping in the room next to me! Oops.
Go ahead and see what happens…
Your question of the day? Since this week and next will all be travel episodes, below I want you to tell me what your favorite city is… about a year ago I would have said New York, but we recently went to Boulder, CO and I think I’m in love.

Those mini health videos keep getting better…really enjoy watching them. This mini circuit workout is such a good idea when you are travelling…and I didn’t know most of these variations to the exercises! Will definitely save this video! Thanks Kevin! These videos are a real hit!

Lol Kevin! Workout looked good… pity about the sleeping neighbour! Note to self: remember others might not have the same enthusiasm as I do for different noisy activities!

That was great Kevin….and funny!
You should have answered the door. They may have wanted to join you in your morning workout.
You have great enthusiasm and I enjoy your show. I haven’t missed an episode.

That was cool. I stay in an average of 4 different hotels per month, so I’m always looking for new things to do in tiny hotel rooms.
One thing I’d add to that circuit is a set of pushups and some tricep dips off the bed to balance out all the lower body stuff. But that’s just me.

This is only about 3and 1/2 months late but I was scanning through the past episodes that I had missed for one reason or another and this was one. And I noticed that there was no answers to your daily question.
My favorite cit is POrtland, Oregon as in my experience is the most veg-friendly place I have been. Although there are some nice (often way too expensive) restaurants in places like L.A. and NY, I never find the support or availablity quite the same. Not to mention theres a lot less congestion and more nature to be enjoyed

Thanks for the workout tips. I’m always stuck in hotels with gyms that have little more than a treadmill so these workout tips help a lot.
I am not sure, but I think maybe the neighbor just wanted to join your workout.
