This is a special “Facebook” announcement!

As you guys know I’m working on so really cool projects that are going to skyrocket your ability to get the health news and information you want. As I’m doing so, I’ll be asking your opinion on a few of them in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!

One of the first ways I’m spreading the news of good health–better yet, optimum health–is through FaceBook.com. This is a neat social tool where you can connect with old friends or people with common interests.

It’s also a great way for you to get to know me and me to get to know you.

So what I’ve done is created a profile there and added some cool “widgets” that will give you an idea of what I’m reading on a daily basis. I encourage you to go and check it out!

If you have a FaceBook.com account, you can just add me as a friend. If you don’t, it’s easy to sign up and highly addictive–so watch out.
