I met Donna at an event a few years ago.
She impressed me. She’s strong, she’s successful and she’s a dynamite speaker.
Even better yet, she’s extremely willing to help you reach incredible levels of holistic health, find self motivation, and achieve your fitness goals.
This interview is of Donna explaining how to identify what’s stopping you from achieving success and how to systematically put the ball in your court and get everything moving in your direction.
Some of the secrets she covers…
- -How to get motivated so trying to be healthy isn’t a drag.
- -How she went from a size 12 to a size 2.
- -How to lose weight without dieting.
- -How to re-prioritize your goals for success.

Awesome interview Kevin.
Donna certainly is a firecracker! I love hearing the passion in her voice and her genuine caring for our success.
We can set all the goals that we want, but if we don’t believe in them or ourselves chances are very slim that we will achieve them.
I’m going to listen to this interview again!

Hi Kevin,
Great interview. I really liked how Donna explains that motivation to exercise, eat better, etc comes from within and that you can’t rely on external influences to motivate you. This is so true, yet I don’t think a lot of people subscribe to this. I think that many people wait for that external influence to motivate them to make changes and this just doesn’t happen.
Great interview. Thanks for providing it.
