I had a bunch of information planned to send out last week, but the posting from the blog had 99 posts (almost 100!) so I figured I’d let everyone voice their opinions and let it fly.
I want to thank everyone for sharing their thoughts. It’s been great to read all of them and “meet” all of you.
The one thing that I hope I did not do is discourage any one to challenge me, or anything else posted on this site. If I did so, I apologize and please speak your thoughts and speak them loudly.
Patrick did respond and I hope you take the time to read his response. It’s somewhere around comments 90-95.
Patrick, thank you for sharing!
Please feel free to continue commenting on this posting as I feel it will remain relevant for a long time to come. (Click here and scroll down to the bottom of the page to comment!)
As for me, I’ve thought about the comments and completely stand by what I’ve said here in the past, present and will stand by them in the future.
Yes, I will provide free links to products that I use and support as well as affiliate links (links where I will get paid if you purchase).
My promise to you is that I stand by the products that I promote. I’ve done research, used them with our own clients and take many of them myself, if they apply, and know almost every single person who I promote for… so I trust them and what the produce.
As for transparency, if you don’t mind me getting a commission then follow the links, if you do, then search online and go direct. What I care about is you getting the information that will help make you healthier, happier and limitless.
Sound good? Awesome!

Kevin, I have noticed I have less and less time these days to do the many tasks at hand, let alone recreation. So, it seems obvious that you are going to need an income, since maintaining a site and client base like this is no small undertaking. At a glance, Patrick questioned your ethics. I agree that raw foods is the best way of eating I have ever experienced in my life, but I will resort to whatever works. If supplements help peeps, great! I don’t seem to need them anymore, but will be checking on that B12 again next month. (18 months raw vegan, a year ago was depleted B12 and ferritin, iron storage) Do not have any iron deficiency symptoms, that I can tell, but this is all just a guessing game in so many ways. We can decide as individuals what is right for us. I agree with Patrick that it isn’t about a team effort, but we in this community depend on one another for help and support. It’s nice to find you offering to help, nicer still when you disclose in what way you would profit by selling a product. And although studies are showing real benefit to organic foods nutrient-wise, it’s not always available, nor top quality. Locally grown may be a better option for many things. I find my own garden grown produce decays fastest, but this may indicate a higher quality in the long run. I also appreciated Dr. RD noting the mind-body connection. Sometimes health isn’t about food at all!
Keep up the “good” work.
