thank you.I will never forget the first raw event I attended and each person(or most) stood up and announced what percentage raw they were.I couldnt stop giggling(mostly inside)...some rawfood communities have posts and they are mostly about the percentage of raw and how they cannot seem to meet that challenge etc.wonder who those people would be in their life if they just gave up being a percentage??? wow.what pressure they would relieve.Have it be okay wherever they are.
Bravo to you and Annmarie for standing for individuality in the raw life and that its ok to BE and live !!! TOOOO COOOOL. p.s. we really drive our people nuts when we cannot bend a bit and have a dinner with them.Feels a bit self righteous to me.

Thanks for this one. I just got back from a weekend out of state with friends and had a lot of trouble staying raw. I was successful about 80% of the time, but I had people insisting, "here just have a little" my husband included, although he did ask me to make him a green smoothie on the 3rd day!

Although there's no harm in having a little cooked food once in a while, I found that once back home, I'm having a bit of trouble getting back into the 100% raw routine today. Thank goodness my tiller is fixed so tomorrow I'll be spending the day in the garden getting back to the earth. Good reset button, I think!

Thanks for the tips. I'm going to stay with my parents for 5 days. I don't they've even seen an organic vegetable. They think I'm wierd for not eating meat, and I haven't even mentioned yet the dairy or wheat restrictions. It should be interesting..
