Before I get to the David Wolfe interview and a few other awesome things… I wanted to let you in on a little personal information.
Tomorrow’s my birthday. So that means, I have some gifts FOR YOU.
It’s a little backwards, yes, but if you’re not giving you’re dying, right?!
This year, I’ve been blessed with incredible abundance, defeat, failure and huge success. I have to admit, it’s been one rollercoaster of a year.
Tomorrow morning, I will sit down and create a plan for my new calendar year and project where I want to be in another 365. Something I recommend for each and every one of you the consider for your own special day. You won’t believe the results.
So for my birthday, I only have one wish.
The wish is simple. I wish for you to keep having the fire and passion to learn about your health. That passion and fire will fuel change in many ways–some we can fathom, some we can’t.
Just think, my grandfather used to own a small gas station in Delmot, PA. This was before TV, before 8-tracks, before touch-tone phones, before PDAs, before any of that. He never would have thought he could log on to something called the *internet* and post his comments to be read by thousands of people on Hillary Clinton’s blog. (At 89, he’s a huge Clinton fan and, in fact, I bet he didn’t think he’d support a woman candidate back in 1950 either!)
Stay open to possibility and avoid rigidness. You might find there are amazing things just beyond your current view of the world around you. I know my aim to keep that idea stong in my thoughts as I continue to reach thousands and thousands more people.
So here are the gifts I have for you!
First off, I recently did an interview with David Wolfe which I’m happy to share. During our talk, we covered peak performance, raw food and how to stay on track for success.
I think you’ll really enjoy it, it’s at the bottom of this post.
He also talked about his new 21 Day Program that I think is a great way to keep motivated when motivation seems lost.
Secondly, I’m not sure whether or not you’ve already heard about this (there’s a lot of buzz going around already) but I just thought I’d let you know about the 12 days of fitness gift-giving that I’ve just signed up for.
It’s been put together by Dax Moy and Pat Rigsby (two of my colleagues) who have somehow managed to persuade 250 of the world’s leading fitness experts to part with literally hundreds of video’s, audios, e-books and special reports related to just about every aspect of health and fitness you could imagine.
You won’t believe what they’re giving away!
There’s nothing to pay at all and there’s no catch whatsoever. Just sign up for the gifts by clicking here.
They start flowing from 10th December for a full 12 days.
Happy Birthday (to me and you) and, of course, Live Awesome!
Kevin
BTW: If you want to know how old I am… you can ask my wife… I always seem to forget.
Also… if you want to know the program that I’m using to help get my goals on track, visit this page click here to visit Dax Moy’s Magic 100 Program.
