<description>Oh man. Went dumpstering last night and got the haul of a lifetime. Distributed %80 but had a couple boxes left over. SO relieved to find such a site! Thanks for all the ideas! I ended up with a dumpster blend:

strawberry spirutein
strawberries
goji berry juice
coconut
flax meal
green+red leaf lettuce
grapes (green+red+juice)
Odwalla B monster

Filled a pitcher and threw the rest in the freezer. What was that about being careful with food combinations? Ah, well, I guess if I&#039;m eating out of a dumpster I&#039;m really not the picky sort.

<description>Vanessa was mentioning food combinations. Can someone tell me what not to combine together. I tend to throw in whatever I have into a smoothie.
Thank you,
Dorothy</description>

		<description>Hey Kevin,

I have been following your AWESOME addition to the world of wellness and food and with a stack of great energy to boot!!

I was a little shy to write before this, now I&#039;m just getting in there! I agreed with you during the raw summit that action is important, so here i am and I too immediately made a green smoothie and have been ever since!

Soo here I am contributing to your 100 smoothie recipes.

the great thing about using the best quality ingredients its that it doesn&#039;t matter if it doesn&#039;t taste amazing all the time, but you drink it anyway knowing it&#039;s loving you up, all over!!

Morning Riches

i tend to eyeball it, depending on how I&#039;m feeling or who I&#039;m making it for and what time of the day it is

cacao beans/nibs/powder
goji berries
soaked walnuts
flax seeds
ginger knuckle
chlorella or other green powder or E3live
pinch salt
fresh figs or soaked dried figs
soaked dates (amount depends on your sweet tooth)
cold mint tea (amount depends how thick u like it)

blend well and chew well!

Kevin you really are Awesome! You rock my world!!

<description>I make a smoothie just about every day. The thing you have to be careful with is the food combining of course. I notice that people just throw everything and anything in the blender.

My mother would make these when I was a little girl and now I make them for my own children.

Carrot smoothie

-carrot juice
-3 tbs. raw cream
-. frozen banana&#039;s
-blend till smooth and add a dash of nutmeg on top

Carob Smoothie

-almond milk
-1 tbsp flax meal
-3 tbsp raw carob powder
-frozen bananas
-1 tbsp of real maple syrup (optional)

Two of my many favorites, simple yet amazingly delicious!!

Happy blending
